Installation on Online Store 2.0 themes
Provided app blocks
Our app adds an app block called Try On Button and an app embed block called Auglio VTO Core to your theme.
- The app block renders a "Try On" button on the page. It can be used only on the product template.
- The app embed block adds the code snippets required for the operation of the VTO and the "Try On" buttons.
How to enabled app embed block in the theme?
- From the app go to Settings > App Settings
- In the Installation section choose your Online Store 2.0 theme.
- Click Enable app embed block.
- Make sure it looks good in preview and click Save.
How to disabled app embed block in the theme?
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
- Click Theme settings.
- Click the App embeds tab.
- Besides the Auglio VTO Core app embed, click the toggle to deactivate it.
How to add app block to the theme?
- From the app go to Settings > App Settings
- In the Installation section choose your Online Store 2.0 theme.
- Click Add app block.
- Choose the Try On Button app block from the list.
- Click Add block.
- From the drop-down menu, in the Apps section, select the Try On Button app block.
- Optional: move the app block to the place you want it in the section, and customize the block using the available settings. (We recommend putting it below the variant selector or product name.)
- Make sure it looks good in preview and click Save
How to remove app block from the theme?
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.
- Select the Product template.
- Click on the Try On Button app block.
- Click Remove block at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- click Save.
If you uninstall our app, the app block will be removed automatically.
